Celebrate the Holidays in Academic Style!

Dr. Nancy Cable, Chancellor of UNC – Asheville and a member of the Symphony Board of Directors, opens her beautiful arts and crafts designed home to help the Guild celebrate the holiday season.  Come join us for wine and music as we enjoy this special PLACE on the UNCA campus. 

Mix and mingle with new friends and old.  (Who you calling old?)  Savor a variety of fine wines and a sumptuous array of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.   Meander around the beautifully decorated rooms – one leads into the other, from library to living room to porch and back again.  

We will be entertained by Dr. William Bares, professor of music at UNCA and a talented pianist.  Many of you will remember Dr. Bares’ program this past February that brought us so many insights into American music. This evening we will enjoy another facet of his considerable musical skills.

What an opportunity to highlight our connections with UNC-Asheville – its  people, programs, and this beautiful home on the campus.  Let’s raise a glass to the holidays and to friendship!
