Enjoy an Eastern European meal honoring the Ukrainian composer, Silvestrov and the Great Gate of Kyiv. We will begin the supper with Veneyky (Pierogi) and Koholodny Buryak Sup (Cold Beet Soup). Those will be followed by Kuska Kyiv(Chicken Kiev), Kpin Kaptonnr (Dill Potatoes) and Oripok Salat (Cucumber Salad). Dessert will be Yabluchnyk (Apple Cake) and Syrnyk (Cheesecake).
