All Aboard, Youngsters! Thomas The Train and Craggy Mountain Railroad Party

Parents and Grandparents, treat your children, grandchildren and yourselves to an afternoon train ride filled with fun, games, pizza lunch, treats and music!

Guests arrive at the Craggy Mountain Railroad in Woodfin. Then all aboard! Climb onto the open-air covered train to join your personal conductor Rocky Hollifield. Enjoy a two mile (twenty minute) train ride to the covered pavilion at Woodfin’s Riverside Park with a view of the beautiful French Broad River.

Our hosts, including the Asheville Symphonettes, will greet you with bubbles, balloons, face painting, and awesome games. A pizza lunch will be delivered for all to enjoy. Indulge in treats, desserts, and drinks like lemonade and waters.

At the end of a fun-filled afternoon, climb back on board the train, enjoy the scenery, and have a fun ride through the woods back to the station.

Adults are welcome “for the child in you.” Take part in this most extraordinary feast. Hear the whistle blow!
