Dine With Darko

An exotic PORTS OF CALL dinner presented with the flare of our symphony’s Conductor Maestro Butorac. Darko has composed, arranged and will prepare a culinary journey from west to east exploring the aromas and flavors of  Mediterranean cultures for his audience to enjoy at this feast.  One by one he will introduce you to some of his favorite small dish offerings starting in Algarve Portugal, then heading south to Andalusia Spain, east to Coastal Italy, Naxos, Greece, Istanbul, Turkey, ending in Beirut, Lebanon with a serving of a supremely delicate Orange Cardamon Cake. Darko has researched, designed and will prepare each dish with his normal exactitude and creative flare. Seven courses, lots of flavors, paired with regional wines.  Be fascinated with his cultural insights at every stop along your journey.  You won’t want to miss this exciting adventure for the mind and taste buds with Maestro Butorac.
